Featuring our newest team member — Aesthetic Nurse & Longevity Coach, Manmit Jaswal
We’re excited to welcome Manmit Jaswal, our new Aesthetic Nurse & Longevity Coach, to the NEA Precision Skin team!
Manmit began her career as a nurse in acute care, working in cardiac surgery before transitioning into community practice while pursuing higher education. She’s now continuing her journey as a nurse practitioner student, bringing both skill and passion into her role at NEA.
Born in Surrey, BC, and raised in Calgary, Manmit is passionate about living a balanced lifestyle. Outside of work, she enjoys taking her dog for walks, cooking, attending workout classes, and traveling to new places. When it comes to skincare, her go-to ritual is the ZO Recovery Crème (a lifesaver in Calgary’s dry climate!) plus Vivier CE Peptides.

A Little Q&A
What inspired you to specialize in aesthetics?
Growing up, I struggled with eczema and dry, flaky skin. I spent a lot of time visiting dermatologists, which sparked my interest in skincare. Over time, that passion grew into a desire to help others feel confident and beautiful through aesthetics.
What’s your philosophy when it comes to helping patients feel confident and healthy?
“Less is more.” = Natural results
For someone new to Botox, what’s one thing you wish they knew before their first treatment?
Botox takes about 14 days to fully settle, so patience is key!
What excites you most about joining the NEA team?
Being a part of a supportive environment that pushes you to be in your best self. I am excited to grow with the team and the opportunities that come with it, and to help others not only with their aesthetics goals, but also with their longevity journey.

You’re also a longevity coach — can you share what that means in simple terms?
Helping others enhance health and lifestyle with the goal of living healthier. It’s about preventative care and everyday choices.
What’s the ultimate lifestyle tip you recommend for supporting longevity?
Eating well, exercise, sleep. These small habits create a strong foundation for long-term health.
How do you see aesthetics and longevity complementing each other?
Both prevents and slow down aging. Aesthetics supports you externally, while longevity strengthens you internally.
